Jess & Michael’s Wedding at Thompson Barn

Thompson Barn wedding

A Rainy Day “I Do” as the Paustians Held Their Wedding at Thompson Barn in Lenexa, Kansas in Front of Their Family and Friends on September 21, 2019

Jess and Michael met through friends more than six years ago.  The two started talking at a house party one night thrown by her cousin Josh.  The more they talked, the more they realized how much they had in common.  By the end of their conversation, Michael had invited her to go to a shooting tournament.   The two had a great time and decided to keep seeing each other.  It took awhile, but eventually they both opened up to each other.

After years of dating, Michael decided the time was right to pop the question.  He took her back out to Powder Creek, the location of their first date.  While handing her some shells to reload her shotgun, he pulled the ring out and proposed.  When it comes to finding the perfect mate, these two really nailed the bullseye.

We had a great time filming their wedding at Thompson Barn.
